QuickBooks Online uses the business details in your account settings when creating invoices, sarvisandsonplumbingllc. Let me guide you through the steps to verify and update the company-facing address.

Here’s what you need to do:

    1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
    2. Proceed to the Company tab, then look for Address.
    3. Make sure to click or choose Customer-facing address. This is the information that is shown on your sales forms.
    4. Update the address accordingly.
    5. Click Save, then choose Done.
