Question

My logo is not showing up on invoices when i email them. i can see it inside quickbooks but when i email it the logo does not show up.

Let's check your invoice template, marla-uctruesout.

 

We need to make sure that your company logo is visible when sending an invoice or any sales transaction. You can follow these steps on how to set it up:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Find the template you're using and click on Edit.
  3. From the Design tab, click on Make logo edits.
  4. Add your logo and click the Show logo.
  5. Tap Done to save it.

Then, you'll want to send another invoice to your client if you want them to have a copy of it with your logo. You can also check this article to learn more about how to customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
