No one answers the phone. Quickbooks voicemail says call back during regular business hours and disconnects. So much for helping the small business.

The reason why customer payment is on hold because QuickBooks is asking more information, Pati. Let me discuss this further.

Before we proceed, let's check again your email because some  emails can be mistakenly routed to different folders such as Spam, Junk, or Promotions, instead of your primary inbox.

After checking all the folders and still didn't receive any email notifications. I recommend contacting the live support team again during regular business hours. They can provide insights that will fit your specific needs, as well as any upcoming updates that can help you.

Additionally, could you please let me know which product you are using? If you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO) US and notice that a recent payment you accepted is on hold, this means we need to review the payment to ensure everything is in order.

We typically deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment. The first few deposits may take a bit longer while we set up your merchant account. Once this is complete, your payments will usually deposit more quickly, typically within two business days.

To contact the live support team in QuickBooks Online (QBO), here are the steps below.

    Here's how:

    1. Click on the (?) Help icon.
    2. Navigate to the Search tab.
    3. Select Contact Us to connect with an expert who can help.

Additionally, here are the business hours for QuickBooks Online for the Solopreneur, Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus plans:
