My purchase receipts aren't uploaded after emailing them or taking a snap on the app,

I understand you need to upload receipts to your account. I'll walk you through how to refresh data in the QuickBooks Mobile app.

 

When you refresh your data, QuickBooks Online App will update it with the latest data and display recently uploaded receipts. Please also ensure that we have a good internet connection while performing the method.

 

Here's how to refresh data:

 

For Andriod:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, and tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

iOS

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears if there's a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data; refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. It allows you to start over with the app.

 

Please follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
