Need help in creating the invoice

I'd be glad to help you create an invoice in QuickBooks Online, @hr38.

 

If you plan to get paid in the future for products and services you sell, you can send your customers an invoice. Here's how to add them in QBO.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the + New button and then choose Invoice under Customers.

  3. From the Customer ▼ dropdown, choose a customer. 
  4. Then from the Terms ▼ dropdown, select the due date. 
  5. From the Product/Service column, select a product or service. 
  6. Enter a quantity, rate, and amount.
  7. Once done, click Save or Save and Send.

Once you receive your customer's payment, here's you can enter them in QuickBooks: Record invoice payments.
