Just to clarify your question. Is your company located in Egypt or Arab Emirates? Are you using QB Online Global version for Egypt or QB Online AE version?

Hello there, elwzer2020@gmail.

I can share information on managing multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.

Have you activated the multicurrency feature? If no, I have the steps here on how you can change your home currency.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced. Then at the Currency column, hit the edit button.
  3. At the Home currency column, choose the currency you wish to change to from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

If already set up, the ability to change it isn't available anymore. You can only change the home currency by deleting all your data and starting over from scratch. On the other hand, If change the currency of your existing bank account. You'll need to make that account inactive. Then, create a new one with the new currency.

Please review this guide here for your reference: Delete an account on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, feel comfortable checking this resource here if you want to use exchange rates or create your rates in QuickBooks Online: Enter and use your own exchange rates. This contains helpful information on the process of manually entering an exchange rate.

Drop any details below if you have a follow-up question about managing your currency. I'll be here to help you. Stay safe!
