On my Snap receipts there is no photo displayed on each one. This is only on my mobile app, I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing works. Please help?

Android devices:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Applications or Application Manager.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Mobile app from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage, then Clear Data.

 

iOS devices:

 

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings.
  2. Go to General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks Mobile app from the list.
  4. Tap the Offload app option.
