Once you have successfully recorded the payment from your customer, you will be able to view the payment details when printing the invoice. If the payment information does not appear, certain browser issues such as outdated cached files could be causing the problem. Allow me to provide further details to help you, Osama.

Before we begin, here's what you should see when clicking print in the receive payment page:

To resolve this, please open your QBO account in an incognito or private browsing window. This allows the system to bypass stored data, ensuring a clean load.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts for different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once done, we can return to your regular browser and clear its cache to remove unnecessary data and refresh its performance. Additionally, consider using a different supported browser.

Moreover, to see the remaining balance of your customer you can pull up the report Customer Balance Summary, you can refer to this article: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

I’m glad I could provide a solution for you, Osama. If you have different concern or need further troubleshooting, don’t hesitate to ask in the Community. We're here ready to provide help at any time.
