Payment method type is not appearing on receipts when printed.

Payment method type is not appearing on customer receipts(not sales receipt) when printed what I can be done?.

For example: if a customer makes a payment on an invoice and pays in cash or by debit card, their method of payment should appear on their receipt when printed but its not. The word "payment method" appears but the cell next to it where the type should be is blank.

Currently, there is an ongoing investigation about customers unable to see their payment method. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to work for them to implement a solution that will fix this issue. 

 

Please know that this is a top priority for us. And it will continue to be so until fully resolved.

 

As of the moment, we can't tell when this issue will be resolved. Thus, I encourage you to contact our Phone support team. They can add you to our notification list, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available. 

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?)
  3. Type in your concern.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option.
