Payments are not showing up on the Merchant Intuit's Transactions

Can somebody help me figure this out. Some of our clients paid for invoices two weeks ago but the payment are not reflected yet up to now in the Merchant Center's Transactions list. May I know the reason? Thank you in advance!

I'll be sharing some insights about the transfer of funds to your account. 

 

Intuit automatically batches and submits credit card payments each day at 3:00 PM PST. It can take 1-2 banking days and 2-7 banking days for ACH payments to hit your bank account. There are times that funds can be delayed. You can check out this link to find out why: Why are my funds on hold?
