Paypal payments show up in the App Transactions but the Matches offered are missing the invoices I need to match these payments to. There is no "Find other matches"

How can I match paypal transactions to the correct invoice?

    We can only find the option the Find the Other Matches feature to match your PayPal transactions listed under the For Review tab in Bank transactions not in the App transactions, Rich-Greaves. I'll guide you on where these are posted and demonstrate how to match a payment to invoices.
     

    Since the invoices are still missing, ensure that the Product/Service items are set as sellable and not just categories.

    Here's how:

    1. Access your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Click on Sales from the left-hand menu, then select Product and Services.
    3. Find the product or service you sell, then click the Edit button.
    4. Check the box to indicate you sell this item.
    5. Click Save.
