There's an updated way of connecting Support from QuickBooks. The customer number is no longer visible on any website, but you can set a scheduled back or message an agent using your QuickBooks Online account. This way, you can ensure that you'll get connected to the right team. I'm here to guide you with the detailed steps:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks, then go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked by the bot, type in a short description of your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a callback or Start messaging

Some users have these steps:

 

  1. Select Contact us from the Help menu.
  2.  Enter a short description of your concern in the What can we help you with box.
  3. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  4. Choose a way to connect with a live representative.
