Question

QB online app only shows payments from customers… or invoices older than 5 months. It wont show recent invoices, neither in the invoice or customer section. How to fix?

    Could you also confirm whether the issue with the missing invoices and payments is limited to the mobile app? If that’s the case, we can start the troubleshooting steps by manually updating the app. This will refresh your data and ensure you have the most current information. Here’s how you can proceed:

     

    iOS

     

    1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
    2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
    3. Choose Offload App.
    4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

     

    Android

     

    1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
    2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
    3. Choose YES to confirm.
