QBO essential Mobile App has very limited options. Why is that? A person can only make invoice , but No bills posting.

Yes, you're correct. Adding bills using a mobile app in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. Momentarily, you can only use the Expense feature to record it in the mobile app.

As a workaround, you can use the web version of QBO. Open a browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox and log in to your QBO account. For the detailed steps, see the Enter Bills section through this article: How to enter and pay bills.
