Thank you for reaching out, Fong! I'm here to help clarify whether QuickBooks supports e-invoicing. Let's dive into the details.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers an e-invoicing feature, but its availability depends on the region. In some countries, QBO enables users to create, send, and track electronic invoices seamlessly. However, in some countries like Malaysia, you'll need to use a third-party app from Sovos to access e-invoicing. With that, I recommend that you register your interest to stay informed about the Sovos e-invoicing app and use the e-invoicing feature.

Additionally, I've added this article as your reference in case you want to personalize your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I'll keep this thread open if you have other questions or concerns regarding e-invoicing in QuickBooks Online. The Community is always here to help at any time.
