Hi there,

I can see the urgency of getting this resolved. Let me show you how to edit a recurring template and give some insights on customizing font in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks Online, you can create templates for recurring transactions like recurring invoices. You can do this for any transaction except bill payments and time activities. We'll show you how to set up and edit the recurring template:

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and then select Recurring Transactions.
  2. From the Action column, select Edit for the transaction you want to edit.
  3. Edit the template name, type, and the customer or payee name as needed.
  4. If you're editing a Scheduled or Reminder type template, you can adjust how far in advance QuickBooks creates the template or sends you a reminder. You can also set the frequency in the Interval section.
  5. Add or remove any product or service details in the Item Details section.
  6. When you're done, select Save template.

For the font size, it's not possible to change the font size of reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), especially when exporting as PDF since it's already set as default in the program. However, you can export the report to Excel, which will allow you to customize the appearance of your report according to your preferences.

To export your report to Excel, follow these steps:

  1. Find and open the report you want to export.
  2. Click on the Export icon.
  3. Choose Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file in a location where you can easily find it.
  5. Open the report in Excel and customize the fonts as required.
