Unexpected behaviors in the program are sometimes affected by issues in the web browser. This could be why you're unable to search for customers in the program. To isolate the issue, try opening your account in a private window. This will help us determine if the problem is related to a cache issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open your account in incognito:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If this works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and help you get rid of any junk files that might be slowing down your work. If you're still getting the same results, I'd suggest opening your account in a supported up-to-date browser.
