After finding the Send later invoices in QuickBooks Online, you can select the ones you want to send. Use the Batch Actions menu to choose Send. Check the details for each invoice, ensuring recipient information and message content are accurate. Then, confirm and send these emails to your customers promptly. This ensures timely invoicing and helps maintain effective cash flow management.

Once done, you can run invoice reports  in QBO to manage the invoices you've sent to your customers.
