I'll share some details about emailing invoices, useraccounts10.

When sending an invoice, make sure to separate the email addresses by a comma and space. There is also a 100-character limit on the recipient's email address field, and this includes the spaces.

Here's an article for more details: Email a sales form or report to multiple email addresses.

If it doesn't reach the 100-character limit, we can do some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issue.

Let's open your QuickBooks account in a private browser or incognito. This mode will not save your browsing history.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, open the invoice and add the email addresses in the Cc filed. If you're able to enter more than three email addresses, we can go back and log in to the regular browser. Then, clear the browser's cache. Clearing cache on a daily basis helps refresh your browser settings. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.

You can also use a different supported browser.

Please let me know how it goes. I'm here to help you out again. Take care and stay safe.
