Some invoiced sales dont appear in profit & loss reports in sales, although all input are exactly the same as those appeared invoices?

Hi there, @melkhafif.

Let's ensure your Profit and Loss report is set to a Cash basis. This will show all income and expenses you had paid and the payments received. Let me show you how to do it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

  1. Go to the Reports menu
  2. Select or type in Profit and Loss report from the search field.
  3. Thick the Cash basis from the top part of the report and click Run report to generate it to a cash basis.

Here's an article you can read for more details in generating a report to show the data you need: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

It's also great to memorise the report to save its current customisation. This will save you time in personalising the report again to show the information that matters to you.

You can always get back to me in case you have other concerns or questions. I'll be around to lend a hand. Take care!
