SOS inventory not syncing with QuickBooks online. We cannot do audit on the SOS inventory app due to this challenge. Kindly assist.

SOS Inventory communicates with QBO through a "connection," which is an authorisation you issue, providing access to your account on your behalf. If your connection is inactive, you're unable to use the synchronization services.

Sometimes, the synchronization with QBO fails. It can be due to a data error or a temporary server outage. On a sync error, it waits a few minutes to give the user a chance to fix the issue. If it persists, the system will attempt to correct it automatically.
