The summary [ that shows unpaid and paid invoices ] doesnt not match with the sales figure in the dashboard.what could be the reason ? my invoices are in foreign currency

Allow me to share a little more information about your Sales graph in your Dashboard.  

The amounts on your Sales graph in the dashboard are based on the sales transactions in your account for the period specified. Also, the other transactions posted to income will not be recognized by the sales dashboard.   

Let's double-check the amount shown on your sales graph. You'll need to first make sure you filter its report dates correctly by clicking the This month drop-down arrow. 

Once done, run the Sales by Customer Summary report to check the details of your Sales graph. Here's how you can open the report: 

1. Click Reports in the left navigation bar.
2. In the Find report by name field, search Sales by Customer Summary.
3. Change the Report period at the top.
4. Press Run Report.
