Hi there, @info-confiacontr.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you find the invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the option to auto-change a created Tax Invoice to Retail is unavailable. It may be possible that a user made some changes to the transaction without your permission.

I suggest using the Audit Log feature to keep track of all activities on your account. You can view who made changes to your books and what they did.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. Press the Filter drop-down.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Hit Apply

Also, you can run a report to view the list of invoices. The Invoice List report will help you find the specific transaction in QuickBooks.

Please follow these steps:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
  2. Scroll down and select Invoice List under Manage accounts receivable.
  3. Choose the date range.
  4. Hit Run report.

For additional reference, you can use the following article to personalise reports, like making changes to the filters, as well as adjusting rows/columns in QuickBooks: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions related to the invoice. I'll be happy to help you some more.
