The tax rate in the system and the tax rate showing up on the invoices is correct however the calculated rate is not.

Let's try a few things to fix the wrong calculated tax rate, @alltranhose.

If you haven't tried deleting and recreating the transaction, I'd suggest doing. This helps you review and double-check if the issue has something to do with the entered information and setup. Here's how:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Select More in the footer. Then select Delete.
3. Select Yes to confirm.

Then, recreate the invoice and make sure to use the correct figures and details. If the same thing happens, please give us a short call. Our Support Team has the tools available to review your account in a secure environment and investigate this issue of its odd behavior.
