Question

There is an option to add SKU in an item card. We use that to add our SKU. we also need to add a barcode for each item. Is it possible to add a customer field "Barcode"

There is no barcoding feature in QBO. Consider having an inventory management app with the barcoding feature and integrate it with your QBO.
