This specific customer's name not appearing on the invoice issued. Please help

I appreciate you performing some steps to ensure the customer's name is displayed on the invoice.

If you're referring to the name that reflects when printing invoices, you must have checked the box beside Use display name under the Customer information to show the display name used. 

To do this, let me show you how:

1. In the left menu, click Sales.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Locate and select the customer on the Customers page.
4. Click Edit beside New transaction.
5. Under the Display name as column, type in the display name you want to appear on the invoice.
6. On the Print on check as, put a check-mark on the box beside Use display name.
7. Click Save to save the changes.

Once done, try to create an invoice again for that specific customer. The name shown should now display the display name used while printing invoices. 

However, if the same issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to deep investigate the root of the problem and why the issue keeps appearing.
