Unable to make Qb renewal due to QB portal errors and payment details are not picking up QB portal.This is insane from QB end

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix the error,  krishna-gaddam.

 

Before doing so, can you tell me the exact error message you get upon trying to renew your subscription? 

 

In the meantime, let's renew the account on a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected error on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

Payment of Rs.0 successfully done but QB portal is not updating the information of renewal and getting above error

I've read a similar concern from other users. However, our engineers will need more information from the affected users to further investigate this. For this reason, I recommend contacting our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to get more details on the issue. They have the tools for that.

Same problem, I have been trying to renew for the last several days. Its the worst support I have received.
