Unable to send invoices in pdf to customers by shareing in what's app in QuickBooks Mobile Application

Issues like this can be a result of corrupt cache files in your mobile app.  QuickBooks Online app also stores temporary data to help the system load faster. These caches affect the app's performance and will cause unusual responses to its features. You can clear them in a few easy steps. 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

1. Go to the Menu ☰
2. Select Help & Feedback.
3. Click Refresh Data
4. Then select Refresh.

 If the issue continues, try uninstalling the app, and reinstall it to start a clean slate. This fixes issues that keep you from opening your company, display problems, and a few other situations. Rest assured, this won’t affect your accounting data.
