Yes. I would love to change the customer label from invoice to donor but when I go to other preferences customer label is not showing there.

Thanks for getting back here in the thread.

 

We recognize the relevance of having the option to change Customers to Donors inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Upon carefully checking here on our system, the option you're trying to access is only available on US version of QBO. However, we can help you send a feature suggestion to our Engineers so they can evaluate the recommendation and add them for future product updates. We'll be happy to input the steps below:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
