Want to create party ledger under trade receivable head

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to create a party ledger or individual Supplier/Customer Ledger accounts is currently unavailable. There are only two default ledgers in QBO. The Accounts Receivable ledger for sales, and Accounts Payable ledger for purchases.

If you want to see the individual balance of the customer, you can run the Customer Balance Detail report. Here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
2. Type Customer Balance Detail in the search field.
