Hi there, cherry-victorias.

Let me help you choose a version where you can manage recurring invoices. All QuickBooks Online (QBO) versions supports the inventory function.

However, the Recurring Transactions feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Essential, Plus, and Advanced plans. If you need to update, here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to Settings, the Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Make sure your payment information is up-to-date.
  5. From the QuickBooks Online section, click Upgrade your plan.
  6. Review the available plans, then select Choose plan.
  7. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade.

Once done, refresh your QBO account, then start creating recurring transactions.

I've attached these resources in case you want to import and design custom form styles for your invoices or estimates in QBO.
