Hello there, @info-cargosoluti.

I've got some insight about creating waterfall graphs and the performance center in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll also guide you in sending product recommendations to help improve the features of our product.

For the time being, the option to create waterfall graphs is unavailable in QBO. However, you can either visit the Dashboard (Business overview tab) or pull up the Business Snapshot report from the Reports menu to see information about your business finances in graph format.

Please see the screenshots below for your reference.

Otherwise, you can export other reports to Excel and manipulate the data manually so you can create graph format data.

On the other hand, the Performance center is currently available using the Advanced and Accountant versions of QuickBooks Online. That's why you don't have the said option in your account (International/Global version).

I can see how the benefit of being able to create waterfall graphs and utilize the Performance center would aid you in monitoring your business growth and transactions with QBO. With this, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations. We'll take them as opportunities to improve the various features of our products.

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team to help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Also, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference in managing your business growth and transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes topics about account management, banking, and reports, to name a few.

Let me know if you have other feature concerns or questions about creating reports in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @info-cargosoluti.
