I've got a workaround so you can import and export your invoice template, omegasales.

Please know that the QuickBooks Labs menu and its features have been removed since May 23, 2023. It's the reason why it's no longer available on your end.

Alternatively, you can look for a third-party application that can be linked to QuickBooks and supports importing/exporting templates. You can search for it externally or on our app store.

To connect the app to QB Online, refer to these steps:

    1. Log in to your QB account.
    2. Go to the Apps menu, then Find apps.
    3. Enter the app's name in the Search bar.
    4. Follow the on-screen process of linking the app.

On the other hand, you might want to customise your sales forms in the platform. It lets you personalize your sales data's columns and available details.

I've also attached this article for future use: Duplicate an invoice in QuickBooks Online. It can help you save time generating invoices with identical details.
