We getting some invoice which we did not make it . it happend many times . what is the resone ?

we got invoce num 7601 today at 6;am and we are starting work at 8; am so 100% we are not make that invoice .. we had same problam last month also . please help us with that . thanks

Greetings, tirezone-ae.

 

Your recurring transaction may be enabled that's why your invoices are automatically created in QuickBooks Online. To stop this, you can delete or set it to unscheduled.
 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙and choose Recurring Transactions.
  2. Select the invoice transaction and click Edit.
  3. Choose Unscheduled.
  4. Hit Save.
  5. You have the option to delete it as well.
