You can contact our Customer Care Support and let our team pull up your account on file. You can work with one of our specialists to determine why you've got charged twice for a subscription and possibly give a refund with conditions applied.

 

You can connect with our team online by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you got charged twice for a subscription in the What can we help you with? text area.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click Start a chat to connect with a support expert.
