We need a customer support for resub-scribing my account

Hello, bkumar-abhi. 

 

Thanks for considering us again in helping you manage your business! I'll share the steps for resubscribing to your account. 

 

You'll want to go to the Billing & Subscription page to resubscribe to your account. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab. 
  3. Click the Resubscribe button, then enter your billing information. 

 

 

Also, if your Next charge date is a date in the past, you'll want to contact our support instead. They'll adjust the billing and prevent you from getting back-dated charges from happening. 

 

To contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu. 
  2. In the chat box, enter "Speak to an agent."
  3. Click the Contact support team option.
  4. When asked, type something like "resubscribe." 
  5. Click the Contact support team option again.
  6. Select Start a message
