Hello there, userramya.

 

If you're referring to the subscription invoice, QuickBooks Online sends it to the master administrator's email every month. To get a copy of the invoice, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and provide the details.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > QB Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and select either Ask me a question or Contact Support Team.

Once your payment is successful, you can check the billing history in QuickBooks. I have this article that includes the step by step instructions: View your QuickBooks Online payment history.

 

With regard to your other concern, you can update the email address by following these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, click the icon beside the Gear located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click the Manage your Intuit Account link.
  3. On the left panel, select Sign in & Security.
  4. Go to the Email address section and modify the information.
  5. Click Save.
