We want to edit invoice line tiem with quickbook mobile. Because we want to add serial number of product we shipped in "description" field.

There are two ways to locate the invoices efficiently and edit them within the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app on your iOS device, bkim.

One way is to navigate to the Invoices and filter the invoices by date or use the Search icon on the top right of the screen. Then, to edit the invoice and add a description, tap on the Pencil icon. I can guide you through the process.

First, you can follow these steps to locate the invoices efficiently:

1. In your QBO mobile app, tap on Menu. Then, select Invoices from the Shortcuts tab.
2. Tap on the Search icon to locate the invoice by invoice number or customer name.
3. Alternatively, sort the Date to sift through your invoices.
   

After this, here's how you can edit the invoice to add a description to a line item:

1. Tap the invoice you'd like to edit once locating it.
2. On the top right of the screen, select the Pencil icon.
3. Tap on the line item to add a description.
4. In the Description box below the Add tax code, enter your item's serial number.
5. Tap on Add. Then, Done.
6. Once done, save your invoice.
