We want to know if it is possible that we change our account settings so that the right to delete and edit entries projects, etc. only remains with the company admin?

Hello, hafsa-tahirengin.

 

I'll show you where and how you can do this. 

 

In QuickBooks Online, if you're signed in as the Master Admin, you have the option to change the user roles and access right.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Manage users.
  2. Select the Edit link of the user you want to modify.
  3. Choose the access rights and click Next.
  4. Select the appropriate user settings and click Next.
  5. Check the contact info and hit Save
