What can I do if I would like to end my subscription but I still need to have an access to all the customer information and invoices.

Let me share some information about canceling your subscription, shema-waveswimmi. 

 

For paid and trial subscriptions, we hang on to your data for one year. This lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back and we delete the data after that. Here's an article you can refer to for more details about canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

We can also export reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip format in one process. This way you have a copy of them once you cancel your account. To export your report or list:

  1. Click the Gear icon from the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, choose Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Press Export to Excel.
