Hi there, @peet2.

I'll provide fixes so you can start invoicing your customers with the right information for their transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since the quantity and rate columns are visible when previewing the form style, we'll have to verify if you're using the correct form specific to that invoice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the Invoice tab.
  2. Locate the invoice you want to send to your customer and click View/Edit.
  3. At the bottom, click Customise.
  4. Choose the format you will be using for the transaction.
  5. Click Save and Send.

However, if the following columns are still missing from the transaction, we can perform browser troubleshooting steps to address common issues that may prevent the application from displaying the columns when sent to customers or when previewed from the application. You can use the steps below to access these features in a private window:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, return to your regular browser and clear the cache and cookies to help prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, you can consider using other supported browsers for better performance.

Furthermore, you can use this resource to record payments from your clients once they have settled their balances in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you require additional help managing your invoices or other QuickBooks-related matters. I'm always around the clock ready to help you, @peet2. Stay safe!
