Whats app not installed message coming up when try to send invoice

Are you trying to send invoices via WhatsApp on your mobile or computer? In case you receive an error message on the mobile app, ensure that WhatsApp is installed on your device. If the same thing pops up, refreshing the app would be great for a quick update to fix common problems. 

Here's how: 

1. Tap the Menu button and select the Gear icon.
2. Scroll down and select Refresh Data.
3. Click Yes when prompted.

If the message appears on a web browser, it could indicate that you have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Once your customer makes a payment for an invoice, record it in QuickBooks to mark it as paid. You may also want to create new form styles that suit your business needs.
