Let's perform some steps to get the Sorting feature working, nsetechnologies.

There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequently accessed websites or damaged. This prevents you from sorting the transactions in your account. To better isolate this issue, try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Then, go to the Taxes menu to see if the GST number is correct and updated so that it will show in your invoices. Here's how to do it:

  1. Select Taxes from the sidebar menu.
  2. Choose GST from the Tax drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Edit CST button, then select Edit settings.
  4. Enter the update number from the GSTIN field.
  5. Click Save to when you're done.

Additionally, here are some articles that you can read to help personalize your invoice template and manage your GST-related transactions:

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Feel free to reply to this post and I'll get back to you, Take care always.
