When i am sending a invoice, it shown success and deliver but no mail yet get to subscriber not also get a copy to my

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!

 

Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Choose Edit Preferences Send Forms.
  2. Click My Preferences tab, set Send e-mail using to the option that you want to use, then select OK.
  3. If the preference is set correctly, to toggle it:
    1. Choose Edit Preferences Send Forms.
    2. Select My Preferences tab, select QuickBooks E-mail, then click OK.
    3. Choose Edit Preferences.
    4. Select Outlook, then click OK.
  4. Close QuickBooks and all other programs.
  5. Restart Windows.
  6. Restart QuickBooks.
  7. Email the report or transaction.
