When I create a new customer on my phone, I would like to add multiple email addresses, but it will not let me add the COMMA that separates them. Wrong keyboard appears

I recognize the importance of efficiently managing customer information, NotShayD. Let's explore other options for adding multiple email addresses for a customer in the QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online mobile app doesn't currently support adding multiple email addresses with a comma as a separator using iOS devices.

Alternatively, I suggest adding it using a web browser or Android device. I'll show you how:

    Web Browser:

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser.
    2. Go to Sales from the left-hand menu, then Customers.
    3. Click New Customer.
    4. In the Email field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
      (Example: test_email@hotmail.com, email_test@yahoo.com, email_test@intuit.com)
    5. Once you've added all the email addresses, click the Save button.

    Android Device:

    1. Open the app and tap on Customers.
    2. Select the Plus icon to add a new customer.
    3. In the Email field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
      (Example: test_email@hotmail.com, email_test@yahoo.com, email_test@intuit.com)
    4. Once you've added all the email addresses, click the Save button.
