Question

When I edit and save my Invoice again, that Invoice couldn't be open on my mobile App. Error To view the details of this transaction, go to Quickbooks online on the Web

I'll make sure that you can successfully open the invoice on your mobile app, miracle.  

 

It looks like this is caused by a data sync issue on the app. You can refresh the app by going to your settings. Here's how: 

 

For the QuickBooks Online app:

 

  • Android - Press the Menu at the top right and choose Settings. Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.
  • iOS - Select the Menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh

 

Also, make sure you have the latest app version installed on your Android device. If you have an outdated version, uninstall and reinstall it to fix the invoice issue. You can visit this page to know more about how to redownload the app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
