Thanks for dropping by the Community. I'm here to share information and guidelines you can perform that could help you fix the invoice printing issues you have encountered in QuickBooks Online.

By updating Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version or by repairing your Adobe installation, you can fix most of the printing problems in QuickBooks Online. Updating, repairing, or re-installing your Adobe Reader/Acrobat is simple and can be accomplished by following a few simple steps.

You can check the Adobe website for detailed instructions to update Adobe Reader/Acrobat. On the other hand, to repair Adobe Reader/Acrobat, you can follow these steps:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Pick the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Click Programs and Features. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  5. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  6. Choose Repair, then Next, then Install.
  7. When the process is complete, click Finish.
  8. Restart your computer.
  9. Log back into QuickBooks Online, then try to print.
