Question

When I "save and share link", the logo on that page has not updated. How can I update this logo?

When I share a link to my invoice (https://connect.intuit.com/portal/app/CommerceNetwork/view... etc) - the logo that displays is an old one that I have deleted over a year ago from the logos saved on Sales Forms. I can't figure out where I can update this logo. The correct logo is displaying on all of my sales forms/templates, and as the default company logo. I have searched forums but cannot find this specific issue mentioned. Anyone come across this before?

Hello, daria-voronina.

I'll share some troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

When everything is set up correctly, the logo should be updated when printing or sending the sales transactions.

Getting an unusual behavior in the program might be caused by a corrupted file cache stored in your browser. To verify any browser-related issues, let's open our QuickBooks Online account on a private browser or incognito. This mode will not save your browsing history.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, open an invoice and click the Save and share link. If you see the new logo, then go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

Once finished, close and re-open your browser to refresh the settings. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.

In addition, you can try to remove the logo and add it again. The steps are included in this article: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Please let me know how it goes on your end after giving the steps a try. I'd like to make sure this is resolved for you. Take care and stay safe.
