When I send an invoice through whatsapp it doesn't say invoice sent?

Let me help check why the invoice wasn't sent via WhatsApp. A slow internet connection is one of the possible reasons why invoices won't send.

 

Let's go ahead and log into your QuickBooks account and check the status if the invoice was sent or not. You can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then Invoices.
  2. Find and click the invoice.
  3. Look at the Invoice activity to see the status. 
  4. You'll see a green dot with a status Sent. If not, the status is Opened
