When i want to return the single product in a invoice so refund option cant appear in the option why?

i clcik the more option but refund option not appear so i facing a problem

Let's navigate to the Customers section so you can enter a refund, Adnan. I’m here to help you every step of the way.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the New menu in the upper right and choose Refund receipt.
  2. On the transaction screen, click the Customer ▼ dropdown and select the customer you're working on from the list.
  3. Press the Refund From ▼ dropdown, and choose the bank you deposited the payment for the invoice.
  4. Enter the returned product in the Product/Service column.
  5. Fill in the Service DateQuantityRateAmountTax, and other fields.
  6. Tap the Save and close button.
